Terms & payments
Subscription and credits
Make music in Studio for free: editors, manual mixing and WAV export do not require a subscription. An account includes basic cloud storage. Choose a subscription for more space and regular AI use, or keep buying one-time credit packs separately.
Plans and credit pricing
Current prices, allowances and payment availability load from the same catalog as your Studio account. Subscriptions are billed monthly in USD. Prices exclude applicable tax; checkout shows the final tax and total before payment.
Free is a starting place for projects. Cloud adds storage without a required AI allowance. Creator and Pro combine cloud space with monthly AI credits. Paid plans limit projects by storage capacity. Individual file and task limits still appear in their respective dialogs.

Find your plan, balance and history
- Select Account in Studio’s top navigation and sign in to your cloud account.
- Select Subscription & credits in the left navigation.
- The top summary combines your current plan and available balance, with the storage meter beneath them. Below is a single horizontal ribbon: plans first, followed by one-time credit packs. Use the arrows, swipe, or jump to a group with Plans and Credits.
- The balance breakdown separates subscription credits, bonus credits, one-time purchased credits, reservations and any debt resulting from a reversed payment.
- In the Credits part of the ribbon, each card shows its price, credit amount and generation examples. Clicking a card accepts the Terms of Service and Refund Policy and opens payment directly, with no separate consent checkbox or purchase button. Short explanations about subscriptions, one-time purchases and tax, together with all document links, are grouped in Terms and support below the cards. This article explains credit usage, cloud storage and generation estimates in detail. Checkout shows the final total including tax; always check the actual AI task quote before starting it.
- Below the ribbon, Purchases shows one-time orders and their statuses; History shows credit grants, spending and the balance after each transaction. Switch tabs with the pointer or arrow keys. Payment history in the subscription section shows paid subscription periods.
Subscribe and renew
Review the selected plan’s features and monthly price, then select Continue to payment directly on its card. Clicking accepts the Terms of Service, Refund Policy and monthly renewal of that plan; there is no separate checkbox or review screen. The explanation and document links appear in the shared Terms and support panel. A secure payment-provider checkout opens and shows the final total, including applicable tax. You never enter card details into Studio.
A subscription and its monthly credits activate after the server confirms successful payment. Returning to your account page is not proof of payment. If confirmation is delayed, use Refresh later; do not pay again. Contact support with your order or receipt ID if needed.
Payment settings opens the provider’s customer portal for receipts and payment-method settings. If renewal fails, update your payment method there. A new paid period appears after a successful charge.
To switch between Cloud, Creator and Pro, select Change plan on the desired card. Review the new monthly price and date, then confirm consent. Your current plan and paid period remain until the next payment, with no interim charge. The new plan and monthly credits activate only after successful payment. Before that date, use Cancel change or choose a different plan. A downgrade applies the new plan’s storage allowance and credit rollover cap.
If you see Payments are not available yet, Studio’s manual features remain available but checkout is temporarily closed. Displayed plans do not mean that a bank or provider has already approved sales.
How credits are used
Track counts shown in card examples are estimates that assume the entire pack is spent on one model at the stated duration. Mixing models and durations changes the result. Paid AI audio-editing operations use credits separately; manual editing in Studio and WAV export are free.
A new account receives welcome credits once after email verification. The current amount is shown in your account. An existing welcome grant is not issued again.
Available monthly credits are spent first, followed by bonus credits and one-time purchased credits. Monthly credits carry over for one additional month. Renewal retains at most one previous allowance, with a maximum of two monthly allowances for the current plan. They are usable during a paid subscription period. The validity of one-time credits and any expiry conditions for prolonged inactivity are disclosed before purchase; see the refund policy. Previously purchased credits retain the terms applicable when purchased.
The number of generations depends on the model, duration and task. Starting a task reserves its quote; completing it settles the reservation. Failed or cancelled tasks release credits to their original bucket: expired monthly credits do not become permanent credits. A task credit correction is different from a monetary payment refund.
What counts toward storage
The quota combines audio files, projects, version history, covers and your personal sound library. A shared source audio file counts once even when several projects reference it. Removing one reference does not necessarily delete the underlying file. Built-in shared sound banks do not count toward your personal quota.
The meter warns as space fills. Exceeding your allowance pauses new uploads and increases in storage; downloads and deletion remain available. There are no automatic overage charges. See saving projects.
Cancel or end a subscription
Select Cancel renewal in your current plan or select the Free card, then confirm. Any scheduled paid-plan change is cancelled too. The plan remains available until the paid period ends. While the provider allows resuming renewal, Keep renewing restores automatic renewal.
After the paid period, the free quota applies. If your files exceed it, you have at least 90 days to download or reduce your data. The application does not automatically delete files when a subscription ends. New uploads that increase over-quota storage are unavailable. Local work and export remain available. Keep independent backups of important projects.
Tax, refunds and support
For one-time packs, select your buyer country to view the available currency and tax estimate. Your verified billing address at checkout determines the final calculation. A one-time pack does not renew automatically.
See the refund policy for packs and subscriptions. Also available: terms, privacy and support. Never send your full card number or CVC.
A paid subscription removes SteppeMind’s former free daily threshold; tasks consume your credit balance. Model-specific and concurrent-task safety limits still apply. To delete an account with a billing agreement or pending checkout, contact support to close billing first and prevent future charges.
After verification, an unfinished purchase is marked “Not completed” and leaves the purchase list 24 hours after creation. A payment confirmed later appears again and is credited once. If you closed a subscription checkout, select “Proceed to checkout” again: Oscivara checks the previous attempt and opens an available session. A payment that is already processing is not created again.
