Community: share music and discover new ideas

Open the community

Choose Browse community in the community section of the home page or open the feed. You can browse public materials without publishing your own work. Sign in to publish, follow creators and join discussions.

What you can share

• Tracks and projects — finished compositions or arrangements that others can develop.
• MIDI — melodies, rhythms and multi-track parts with editable notes.
• Samples and loops — individual sounds, drums, textures and repeating musical phrases.
• Instruments — your own sounds for playing new parts.

Use a clear name and relevant tags. Listen before publishing and check that the project opens with its intended tracks and sounds. Publishing a project is different from exporting a WAV: people may receive editable material rather than just an audio recording.

Publish a project

1. Save your work. If it is only stored locally, transfer it to the cloud first and wait for saving to finish.
2. Open your account → My projects and find the work.
3. Select Publish and wait for its status to change.
4. Use Copy link to share it with someone.
5. Open the link and check the publication's name and content.

Do not accidentally publish private recordings or material you do not have permission to share. Cloud saving does not automatically make a project public. See Saving & storage for copies and synchronization.

Discover work and creators

In Feed, switch between For you, New, Trending and Following. Filter by Tracks, Samples, MIDI or Instruments. Recommendations become more personal as you follow creators and like their work.

In Creators, search by name, @handle or location. Select a creator's name on a card to visit their page. Explore their materials, play available audio previews, open playlists and follow them.

Open in Studio and make a remix

Select Open in Studio on a material. Save your current work before leaving it. Check the tracks and instruments after opening: editing individual notes requires MIDI material, while a finished audio track is edited as audio.

Develop the idea by changing parts, instruments, rhythm or arrangement, then save your version. A remix does not modify its creator's original project. Where a new publication is linked to its source, remix history shows that relationship. Respect the source and its usage conditions; do not claim someone else's original work as your own.

Your creator page and playlists

Open Creator profile in your account to customize your page, choose work to feature and review its visibility settings. Your page collects publications in one place so you can share them with a single link.

Use playlists for collections such as instrument demos, a series of tracks or remix ideas. Give the playlist a title and description, add materials and save it. Check whether the playlist is public before sharing it.

Likes, comments and follows

Like work you enjoy. Follow a creator to find their new publications under Following. On a creator page, open a material's comments to ask a question or leave feedback. Specific feedback about what works and what could improve is especially useful.

You can delete your own comments or report an inappropriate comment to moderation. Never post passwords, access keys or private personal information in discussions.

Stop sharing a project

In your account → My projects, use the action that makes a published project private. This is different from deleting the project: change visibility first if you only want to stop sharing it publicly.

Making a project private does not remove material someone has already downloaded or copied. Before deleting your own project, keep any backup you need and read the confirmation carefully.

Start with one finished idea: publish it, check the link and visit the community to explore other creators' work.
